Maybe you understand plenty of Irish but don't get many opportunities to speak it. Maybe you miss having conversations as Gaeilge, or you'd simply love to make the language a bigger part of your everyday life.
You don't need to speak perfectly. You just need space to practise.
These lessons are for people who want to enjoy using Irish, build a regular habit of speaking and feel more connected to the language and the people around them.

Dia daoibh! My name is Séilí Ann (pronounced Shaylee Ann).
I was lucky enough to be born and raised in Corca Dhuibhne, the Dingle Peninsula, and to grow up speaking Irish as a first language.
I have been an Irish tutor since 2022 and I absolutely love sharing the richness, wisdom, beauty and depth of Gaeilge with others.
Irish is so much more than just a school subject and reams of rules.
Gaeilge is the heart and soul of Ireland and I believe strongly that emphasising the spoken language is the best way to learn.
Together, we will detangle the confusing grammatical rules, refine pronunciation and add some lovely saibhreas cainte -richness of speech- to your Gaeilge.
The emphasis of the lessons is to always be fun, engaging, enjoyable and to help increase your confidence in speaking and learning Irish.
I provide notes, obair bhaile and plenty of tips and tricks to help you ace your exams and to speak like a native.
